The Utah Registered Apprenticeship Steering Committee, Inc. (INC) is non-profit corporation. The non-profit corporation is made up of apprenticeship program sponsors, employers, employer groups and labor organizations. INC is responsible for the collection and the expenditure of donations received from supporters of registered apprenticeship. The president, secretary /treasurer and the trustees review and approve all requests to fund projects proposed by RASC.
